I'm Sally Harrington and Ramsden Farm is my home. I look forward to welcoming you to stay with us - whether it be for a day or a week - we will do our best to make sure that you enjoy your time here.

Our properties consist of self catering holiday cottage accommodation and Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast, located in rural Benenden - in the heart of the Weald of Kent - The Garden of England.
The new kitchen/breakfast room is a triumph. A long wooden table overlooks the terrace with its broad sweep of timber decking. The stunning views of the south-facing garden and surrounding countryside are no longer obscured, as the wall here is entirely made of glass panels that can be folded back to open the space to the outside. Sally offers bed and breakfast accommodation and her lucky guests can tuck into their morning meal either inside, or out.
Wealden Times

If you love to visit gardens we are ideally situated. Ramsden Farm is situated near the picturesque village of Beneden and is the ideal location from which to visit many of the attractions of the Garden of England. Bodiam Castle, the famous gardens of Sissinghurst and Great Dixter are only 10 minutes away. Batemans, Rudyard Kiplings home from 1902, is only a little further away.
The ancient Cinque Port of Hastings, historic Battle and the unique town of Rye are no more than 30 minutes away as is Camber Sands. Closer to home the market town of Cranbrook is only 3 miles from us.

Far from traffic noise and light pollution, both the holiday cottage and the Farmhouse B&B are places of complete peace and quiet. Views stretch over a patchwork of fields, woods and valleys with country walks, and a cosy pub fifteen minutes' stroll away.
The 'Around & About' tab has more information and links to websites and the Gallery page has a lot more photographs of the house, cottage and surrounding countryside.
